DHCP auto detect these settings and sets it all up for you if you have that info there its connected to the router and the router can see your cam. What ever your network name or router name is type it in select your encryption put in the pasword to connect to your network (select the encrption type )you have set up as frunko has stated many people have problems with WPA2 and WEP but WPA seems to work fine (not WPA2) once you got the details in there simply click write configuration it will save the info to the cam then you should be on the network (i would set dhcp on) in the worlds of that guy from simples! Thx guys manage to scan my router in but how do i know im talking to it please help how do i ping itHi if you had DHCP on you will know its connected to your router by simply looking in your diablo menu's you will notice you will have ip address and subnet mask ect everything prepopulated in that menu. Also if you use the wifi set up in cas studio you can simply put all the settings directly in there without needing to scan for your router.
